[ Australia Index | Camping Australia | Camping WA ]
The Bridgetown Caravan Park is located just outside Bridgetown on the Blackwood River. It is great place to stay while experiencing Bridgetown and exploring the nearby forests and National Parks, wineries, heritage walks and trails.
along the Blackwood River |
The caravan park is quite basic, but situated in a great spot with plenty of grassy areas. The friendly owners will look after you. There are sites for tents, caravans, and mobile homes, and a range of cabin options too. The caravan park is located on the bank of the Blackwood River. You can take a walk along the river or hire a canoe and go for a paddle. The caravan park is the only place in town where you can hire canoes. Even better you could bring your own along.
Things to Do
- Every fortnight there is a market at the Rotary park next to the caravan park.
- Take a stroll on the Riverwalk
- Go canoeing
- Walk into town
