Cloncurry

Cloncurry is 124 km from Mt Isa, on the Overlander's Way. The town was started due to the discovery of copper nearby. It is the birthplace of the Royal Flying Doctor's Service, and the destination of the first Quantas Flight. You will find many other reasons to stop here for a day or so.
