You should consider traveling. Explore new places and see new things. Be different from the norm. You will find someone to suggest it or have the experience of it and share their experiences with you. Travel is not a bad thing. It's a great thing to do. It can be a motivator for some.

Reality is not always as it seems.

It doesn't matter what reason, most people don't have the time or resources to get up every day and go somewhere new. When you are a student, you are always looking to pay someone to take my test and you have no time. When you are an adult you have money, but you haven’t time and energy for this. There are many things that can stop you from going to a faraway place and taking in the sights.

You can see everything right now with technology. You can see everything from wherever you are, even if you don't have an internet connection. Internet video can be very useful as it allows you to see a small part of the world from your own space. Here are some places that you can visit even if you're stuck at home for a while. Here are six streaming webcams to take you to these places, without having to leave your home.

Shibuya, Japan

Although it may seem odd that anyone would want the opportunity to observe traffic in Tokyo, you can see both cars and pedestrians at one of Tokyo's most busy intersections. Although it's not an ordinary vacation spot, it's a part of everyday life that you can observe. It even shows you the time and date so you can keep track of when and whereabouts. See our Japan Guide

Brooks Falls, Alaska

This live camera from Katmai National Park, Alaska is about as far from the city as you can get. You can see the bears moving around the water, and the jumping of the fish they are likely after. You can even hear the water rushing, which gives you an extra dimension you don't normally get.

Kenya, Africa

The same people who provided the camera in Alaska have one for Kenya. As the African wildlife stops for a drink or a cool down, you can observe and listen. You can go to places that the Travel Channel and magazines cannot take you. You can enjoy some serenity and nature with a camera.

Waikiki Beach, Hawaii

Many people need to visit the beach. If you're stuck or unable to travel, this live camera shows a Hawaiian beach. The clear water, palm trees, and even the beachgoers make this one of the most popular vacation spots in the world. You don't need to travel to Hawaii if you want to enjoy the sun and surf from anywhere.

Norway

A camera in the viewfinder of the Norwegian Train Conductor will allow you to see your view faster. It provides stunning views and can take you anywhere you want, even from a moving train. You don't need boarding passes!

SPACE, The ISS

NASA offers live streaming video from the International Space Station. This is an amazing view that few people get to experience and many will never get to see. NASA has some incredible angles and looks in their feed. But, if you want a real out-of-this-world camera view, here's your chance!
