Notes from August 2001 & August 2010
Noodles and more
On our way to Vietnam, we had a short overnight stay in Singapore. Ample time to sample some of their culinary delights. After we had organised our hotel for the night, we went for a walk around the block. A simple drink purchase of a soda turned into a delightful refreshing drink - grape flavoured. Downtown we found an eating place that looked a little authentic. On our menu was vegetable fried rice, shrimp won ton soup and a fruit smoothie. Yum
These notes were made during a short trip through here. These are just our food experiences and you may have a totally different experience depending on your budget, where you travel and where you eat.
