Most people go to Hong Kong for the shopping and food. We went for work, but enjoyed these two as well.
- Skyline: The Hong Kong skyline is very impressive. Before they moved the airport, planes landing in Hong Koong would descend between the buildings.
- Food: The Chinese food here is nothing like the chinese you probably have at home. It is pretty easy to find a restaurant serving authentic cusine.
- Day trips: You can catch a 45 minute local ferry out to Cheung Chau Island, and enjoy walking around, lazing on the beach, and sampling at the numerous restaurants. You neeed to catch a ferry from the Outlying Islands Ferry Pier 5 at Central on Hong Kong Island.
Eating & Drinking:
- Fantastic opportunity to sample some authentic Chinese food at a great price. Little local eateries are available everywhere.
