Clare's Classic Curry Dish

Equipment Needed

• two gas burner
• two pots

Ingredients

• curry sauce
• rice
• water
• dash of oil
• onion x 1, diced
• meat and/or vegetables, cubed. You can use chicken, beef or lamb. For vegetables, you could use potato, pumkin, green beans, sweet potato.

Instructions

• In one pot cook the onion in a little oil, then add the meat and vegetables. Continue until nearly cooked, then add the curry sauce. Simmer until rice is ready
• In the other pot, cook the rice

Variations

• instead of the meat, you could use a can of chick peas.
