Simple Pesto & Veggies

Equipment Needed

• single gas burner or campfire
• cooking pot
• chopping board and knife

Ingredients

• jar of pesto sauce
• vegetables (broccoli, zucchini)
• dried pasta shapes

Instructions

• chop vegetables into small chunk sizes
• when the water is boiled, add pasta and vegetables
• once all is cooked, drain the water and add the pesto sauce

Variations

• other vegetables can be used, and this dish works well without the vegetables too
