- Penguin Watching: At the Little Penguin Observation Centre you can see the little penguins for free in the evenings when they return to thier nests from a specially constructed viewing area.
- Platypus Watching: at the Fern Glade Platypus Glade you have a good chance of seeing a platypus in the wild. If you don't get to see one, at least this place is a peaceful location for a walk.
- Cheese Tasting: at the Lactos Cheese Tasting Centre
