Berry Springs
Northern Territory, Australia
A small township south of Darwin. The main attraction here is the springs by which the town gets it's name.
Places to see and things to do
- Swim at Berry Springs. There is a small kiosk here that sells snacks. Otherwise you can bring along a picnic and have it in the green gardens near the spring.
- Just along the road from the spring is the Territory Wildlife Park, a zoo for animals and birds of the NT. A highlight of a visit here would be the Bird's of Prey show and the large croc at the aquarium. There is a free shuttle bus around the park, but if you are up to it, it is nice to stroll around between exhibits.
