We lapped up our cooked breakfast at the B&B, so nice to have someone else cook for us! We took a walk around the township of Denmark, and visited a couple of galleries. It is a very nice town. We then ventured to the local school fete, which was very interesting with some quite creative games and stalls. It rained a little while we were here, and then seemed to set in for the afternoon. It is certainly a good day for a drive to the Valley of the Giants where the Tall Trees Walk is. We have done the walk before, but it is a lovely area. We had lunch in a shelter, then walked around the base of some of the huge Tingle Trees. Driving on to Walpole we retreated to a warm café for a break, then along the winding road to a camp spot in Shannon National Park, at the site of an old wood milling town. We started a campfire, and thankfully we didn’t need to rely on it for cooking and warmth as it was a poor attempt.
